Waterline Data Appoints Ed Peek SVP of Worldwide Sales

Data Catalog Leader to Meet International Demand as Years of Rapid Growth Continue

Mountain View, Calif.—October 26, 2018Waterline Data, a global leader in data cataloging solutions and applications, today announced it has named Ed Peek SVP of Worldwide Sales, a new position the company added after years of record growth. The appointment comes as the company announces new funding while continuing to add to a customer roster that includes some of the world’s largest financial, food & beverage, tech, healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies in the Fortune 100 and Global Fortune 500.

Ed comes to Waterline Data with more than 30 years tech industry experience. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales at VCE, formerly Acadia, which he helped grow into a $1B+ business prior to its acquisition by Dell/EMC. Ed came to VCE after a successful career at Oracle where he was an Area Vice President in Oracle’s Technology and Business Intelligence Applications business units. Prior to that, he held various sales and marketing management positions at Siemens AG and IBM. Ed is a graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
